  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Step 1 of 4: Preheat the Oven and Mix the Ingredients

Preheat the oven and the pizza stone at 450 degrees of Fahrenheit, before starting the actual work. 

Now, in a large bowl, mix your all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder with a spatula.

After mixing the dry ingredients properly, slowly pour the water and olive oil. Combine the powdery ingredients and liquid ingredients in a mixing bowl. Keep on mixing until it starts to shape into a dough. 

Now shape it into a large ball.

Step 2 of 4: Let the Dough Ball Ferment

Make sure that there’s no lump in the ball. Allow the dough ball to rest for 10 minutes. That’s the amount of time you’re giving the dough ball to ferment.

Step 3 of 4: Roll Out the Dough

Dry out the surface first. Then dust some flour over the surface. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin in a thin circular shape on the surface. The diameter of the dough should be 16”.

Step 4 of 4: Bake the Dough
