Press The Dough Before Stretching

But before stretching, you have to punch and press the dough.
While stretching, do use both hands. So that you can ensure maximum stretch and the dough can get a good warm-up. When you spread it on the pan, it won’t stick. Because it’s already stretched to its full capacity.
Coat The Dough
Now just before placing the dough in the pan, coat it with flour. This is so it doesn’t stick to the pan. Before placing it in the pan, make sure to shake off excess flour from it. So that the crust won’t be hard.
Grease The Pan
A lot of you want to know what to put on a pizza pan to prevent sticking. So you can grease the pan with a few drops of olive oil. Put the pizza on the pan and bake it.
The grease will make sure that after baking you can take the pizza off the pan. But don’t add more than a few drops when greasing. Because that’s what makes your pizza greasy.
