- 1.5 lbs of steak, skirt

- 1.25 lbs of frozen french fries
- 8 minced garlic cloves

Instructions for Cooking
Heat canola oil in a grill skillet or a big cast-iron skillet on high heat. Using a paper towel, pat dry the skirt steak. Then season evenly with salt and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Before slicing the steak into pieces, let it rest for 5 minutes.
