For The Pasta
- 16 oz. fusilli pasta, cooked according to package instructions
- 8 oz. mozzarella balls, halved
- 4 oz. quartered salami
- 2 cup of baby spinach
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup of sliced and pitted black olives
For The Dressing
- ⅓ cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions for Preparation
Toss the pasta, salami, mozzarella, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, and olives in a large mixing basin.
Put the olive oil, garlic, vinegar, parsley, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes in a container. Shake to blend now. As per your taste, toss some pepper and salt.

Ingredient List
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder

- 1 ½ lb. of boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
Directions for Preparation
In a mixing basin, combine the honey, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, lime juice, and onion powder. Add salt & pepper to taste. Keep ⅓ of a cup of the marinade aside. Toss the remaining marinade over the chicken to coat it.
Allow the chicken to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. Alternatively, chill for up to 2 hours after covering.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in the skillet. Allow as much marinade as possible to drip off. Cook for 6 minutes until brown, then flip and brush with remaining marinade.
Cook for another 7 minutes. You would notice the meat is no longer pink. Allow it to rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
Toss romaine, celery, spinach, cucumber, carrots, avocado, and tomatoes in a large mixing basin. Additionally, add red onion and blue cheese crumbles to the mixture. Finish with the chicken and a drizzle of dressing just before serving. Finally, you’re ready to enjoy the dish!

Cornbread is a simple dish with magic in its taste. But this doesn’t require any fancy ingredients. Perhaps you can prepare this with creamed corn and buttermilk. So you can make this bread in just 30 minutes.
