		<description>Hi Stephanie - They didn&#039;t stick around long enough in my house to test, though I&#039;d recommend making them fresh. Storing them in plastic bags or tupper will most likely cause them to sog up. But they&#039;re worth the work! You can, however, slice them and leave them submerged in cold water until you&#039;re ready to start working with them, to expedite the process. Good luck!</description>
