Great recipe, nice and simple. Romanesco’s also come in green and purple sometimes. I think they would look lovely all roasted together and plated up in a rainbow.

That cauliflower looks like it belongs in the ocean and full of barnacles. Really amazing … I’ve never seen one like that before.

I bought some cauliflower at the farmer’s market on Sunday. It’s not as beautiful as yours but it was fresh, grown locally and I needed it to make the cauliflower curry I learned at a cooking class I attended recently. Love love LOVE the new site! Gorgeous!
